THE ASK:

In this research paper, I uncovered current political, social, and cultural phenomenon in order to integrate it into a merchandising campaign for a real-world brand. Acting as a Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer, I curated an informed and trend-sensitive strategy for this real-world brand that balanced fashion innovation with brand identity to authentically demonstrate how ones brand my be supported by a certain phenomenon.

ANALYSIS PROCESS

THE OUTCOME

In curating this analysis, I set a campaign to integrate the timeless aesthetics of militaria with modern fashion sensibilities. Strategic brand alignment and studies of cultural usage and relevance helped blend this sense of tradition with proper trend responsiveness. I found that curating this analysis gave me great insights on the usage of marketing theory, reflections of historical evolution, and curation of brand strategy.
